Responsibilities:
- Process sales order enquiries and confirmations; issue quotations, purchase requisitions, delivery order etc
- Coordinate and Communicate order status with customers and delivery schedules
- Process necessary documentation to facilitate sales & service
- No selling or sales target involved, purely administrative/coordination work
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel
- Positive work attitude and willing to learn
- Team player with good communication skills
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
