Position: Intern - Student Support Services

Job Overview:
We are looking for a fresh graduate to join us as a Student Service & Support Intern. The intern will assist the school in managing frontline operations and service delivery to students in a higher learning institution through various communication channels. This role offers hands-on experience in student support, administrative tasks, and event coordination while working closely with academics and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in organising student orientation events and engagement activities.
Support the processing of new student applications, including issuing offer letters and contracts.
Manage student administration tasks such as maintaining student records (profile information, attendance, scheduling, lecturer deployment, internship progress, liaising with company supervisors, etc.).
Monitor and arrange online lessons and track class attendance reports.
Update class schedules, lecturer deployments, and verify lecturer teaching hours with the finance department.
Prepare monthly reports including student attendance, intervention strategies, and satisfaction analysis for both students and lecturers.
Assist in handling student feedback, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.
Support in general administrative tasks and projects assigned within given timelines.
Requirements:
Recent graduate (ITE certification and above preferred).
Passionate about customer service and student support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, academics, and colleagues from various departments.
Detail-oriented with good organisational skills to meet deadlines accurately.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general IT applications.
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is an added advantage.
