- Support day-to-day HR Operations
- Support HRIS implementation and operations
Job requirements overview
- Some knowledge and understanding of HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong in MS Excel
- Strong office organization and administration skill
- Good communication skills
Phase(s) or major tasks which interns will be involved
1) Support HR Operations:
- Support in recruitment activities such as posting job advertisement in job portals, interview arrangements, work pass related matters, logistics arrangement for onboarding new staff (eg. Staff access pass, photos, welcome kit).
- Support in coordination and administration of employee welfare and benefit programmes such as leave administration, insurance policies renewal, medical card, staff pass, medical expense claims submission, etc.
- Work closely with HR department and support Training and staff welfare activities
- Any other ad-hoc tasks relating to HR & Office Services assigned by HR Manager from time to time
2) Support HRIS Project and Operations
- Develop comprehensive documentation on HR processes and system workflows
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and consolidate project requirements
- Participate in HRIS project activities such as User Acceptance Testing, Train-the-Trainer, Go-Live preparation etc.
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates to team members
- Assist in conducting regular HRIS update meetings
- Provide support in other HRIS-related operations
