Job Description
25% Sales Support Operations
- Respond to inbound enquiries and requests from clients
- Convert opportunities into contracts, Preparing Quotations
- Support customer with delivery information
- Connecting new clients with project management team
- Sharing competitive intelligence and client needs with product developers
- Collect Feedback and drive Improvement agenda
30% Event Operations Support
- Project planning & Management (Interpretation/Event Technology)
- Vendor Management
- Service & delivery
45% Marketing & Business Development Activities
Marketing
- Conduct Research for new Markets, Industries, Segments & Competitor analysis
- Develop customer experience strategies and build brand loyalty
- Writing copy for marketing collateral & website content
- Champion email & database marketing campaigns
- Drive engagement with chambers of commerce & other partners
Business Development
- Identify sales and services that would appeal to new clients
- Research and collaboratively contact prospects with large potential
- Drive strategy for new Services, new Contacts within existing or new potential key organizations
- Define customer story and next steps for engagement for dormant accounts
- Foster referrals to other markets /customers
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have:
- Currently Pursuing a Degree in Business Management/Marketing or related fields
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Prior experience of managing relationships in a client facing role would be ideal
- The ability to think out of the box, problem-solving skills, and a sense of wit
- An organized approach to drafting out next steps, strategies & Excellent market analysis abilities
- Result- orientation; high focus on driving (business) results and KPIs
- Passion & Interest in language services or events/MICE industry
- Attention to detail
- Able to commit to at least 3-4 months (Full time) to the internship
