Role and Responsibilities

As an E-Commerce Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations and growth of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

• E-Commerce Store Management: Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and content on popular e-commerce platforms such as Carousell, Lazada, Shopee, and our brand website. Assist in monthly sales campaigns
• Operational Support: Manage day-to-day operations, including order fulfilment, inventory management, and logistics. Respond to customer queries in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Product and Competitor Research: Conduct research to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Administrative Assistance: Support the team with daily administrative tasks. Learn the features, functions, and metrics of each platform marketplace. Understand fulfilment operations, including processing and packing orders correctly.

Requirements

• Open to polytechnic and university students, as well as fresh graduates.
• Interest in beauty, business, or e-commerce is a plus but not a must.
• Must be meticulous, punctual, independent, and adaptable.
• Ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent command of English.

Location: Sengkang

Commitment: Full-time for at least three months

Start Date: Immediate/July/August

Working Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
