Job Description

We're looking for a fun, positive and outgoing candidate with grit and motivation to join our team. The administrative intern will fulfil various administrative tasks, like logistics and fulfilment, inventory management and stock-taking.

 

Involve in daily eCommerce operations & administrative such as:

  • Upload New Products into eCommerce Platforms, with writeup of products description
  • Handle Purchasing & Invoicing
  • Pick & Pack Orders
  • Manage Stock Inventory
  • Establish and Maintain customers and suppliers accounts
  • Manage the filing, storage and security of documents
  • Monthly analysis and reporting 
  • Handle general and sales/purchase enquirers, including written communication
  • General administration duties.
  • Any other duties assigned by manager 

 

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong administrative skills, hardworking & well organized
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate (Knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Docs and Sheets ) 
  • Able to work independently and multi-task
  • Possesses strong organisational skills and the ability handle multiple projects with meeting deadlines
