The Intern will work closely with the Project Manager in the planning and execution of various ongoing projects:
• Follow up and update status on various tasks assigned to each stakeholder according to the project plan
• Organize project meetings
• Work on various PowerPoint slides for project presentations
• Redesign or reformat existing user guides to be more user friendly
• Update marketing materials as and when it is required
• To support the requests of the Head of Department related to business needs
• Prepare sales report by comparing and complete the information in excel versus the database
• Update information required by commercial department into the sales report
• Prepare and upload membership documents into members’ portal
Requirements:
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft office: PowerPoint slides & Excel
• Not compulsory but good to have a keen eye for aesthetic and details and familiar with design software such as Adobe InDesign
