Key Responsibilities:
- Support in managing daily activities with partners in the areas of project management, content distribution, marketing, finance, and tech support
- Support sales operations with strategic content partners, distribution partners, and marketing partners, and execute initiatives to drive revenue growth
- Assist partners in supporting their customers and ensuring successful adoption and utilization of platforms and content
- Analyze, create and maintain documentation on competitor analyses, marketing data, content databases, insights on user behavior, etc.
- Support the finance department with revenue tracking, reporting, and reconciliation
- Maintain and improve operational processes and ensure they are well documented
REQUIREMENTS:
(i) For Internship role:
At least one final year of Polytechnic or 2nd year of University onwards
(ii) For a permanent role:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices will be an advantage. At least 1-2 years in a client account management role

- The internship requires at least a 3-month commitment
