Job Description
Administrative Support
- Liaise with the building management and maintenance staff for all non-rent and money related matters. (e.g. caterer, big event, guest list to submit to building management, aircon matters, etc)
- Manage new and existing 3rd party contractors (e.g. Internet, Phone lines, Printer, )
- Facilitate payments to contractors with the Finance department
- Update all staff about office matters and announcements (e.g. Dear all, the main lifts are currently under maintenance, please use the cargo lifts... Dear all, please note there'll be a fire drill...)
- Act as an office fire marshal and attend required courses
Cleanliness Management
- Ensure all trash bins are cleared on schedule
- Ensure furnitures are returned to, arranged and placed according to planned layout
- Appoint and manage office cleaners within budget of $1200 a month
- Implement office fragrance
- Ensure cafe area tables are clean and cleared after meals
Technical Support
- Manage LED and TV screens across the office
- Manage AV equipment including speakers, mic and projectors
- Ensure all TV screens in office have adequate connectors such as HDMI inputs
- Handle new equipment purchases and installation
 - Manage the office phone lines
 - Liase with relevant 3rd parties for repair and maintenance of equipment
 - Manage login access for network admin for changing of wifi passwords

Office Ambience
 - Ensure content is playing on LED and TV screens to add office energy
 - Manage staff credit system for cafe
 - Ensure screens are displaying welcome content for guests and music is playing in the cafe
