Job Description

***This is a temp 4 month contract from July 2024 to Oct 2024*** 

8 Tuas Ave 18 Singapore 638892

Monday to Friday 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM

  • Responsible for prompt collection for all outstanding debts by monitoring customer payments. 
  • Call and pursue the collection of any arrears and to negotiate repayment schedules & ensure minimal risk of bad debts. 
  • Take proactive step to collect from problem debtors, working closely and developing good relationships with corresponding departments to resolve client’s disputes.
  • Generate and provide assistance to customers for Statement of Account of a required basis. 
  • To identify and address problematic cases through the daily reviewing of the Aging Report and propose relevant debt recovery actions for further action. 
  • Outsource cases to debt collection agency and follow up on the cases. 
  • Prepare credit-related reports to the respective HOD. 
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

    Requirements
  • At least 1- 2 years of related work experience in Credit Control Management and/or relevant academic qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
  • Highly analytical and meticulous, with a sharp eye for detail and good organization skills. 
  • Bilingual in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese-speaking associates and customers.
  • Good in negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate confidence to deal and interact with customer
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritise a demanding workload
