Job Description
- Process Monthly Payroll (Submitting payment etc)
- Generate and prepare employee payslips and attendance record
- Prepare monthly salary report
- To assist in recruitment and interviews
- Handle all clearance for resignation
- Maintain employment database
- Draft and prepare HR Letters as required (eg, employment contract, promotion etc)
- Monitor and administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation related matters
- Handle employee complaints, concerns and dispute
- Administer and process training request
- Work closely with Operations Manager for administrative duties
- To oversee the company training calendar schedule
- To be well versed with training providers as well as grants application process
- Assisting with day to day operations of HR Functions and duties
- Provide administrative support to all departments
- Any other ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll and HR field
- A team-player with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Powerpoint and Word
- Only Singaporeans may apply as there is no foreign quota/ sponsorship available
- Prefer candidates with short period/able to start immediately
