Good Beginnings Pte Ltd – Junior Bartender / Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a diverse range of craft cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Engage with guests, take their orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and utensils as needed
• Create and update drink menus, staying up-to-date with current trends in mixology
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards, ensuring a safe environment for staff and guests
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally

Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment. Fresh from school with no experience but the right aptitude may apply too.
• Knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes, including classic and contemporary drinks.
• Familiarity with various types of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Outstanding customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications or licenses.
• Willing to work late.
