Job scope
Assist Senior Purchaser with the following purchasing tasks:-
Sending out enquiries to suppliers for quotation by email or phone
Preparing quotations and liaising with customers
Placing purchase orders with suppliers and arranging for deliveries
Issuing delivery orders and tax invoices
General administrative work
Requirements
Must be fluent in English, written and verbal
Possess good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Meticulous, detail oriented and a keen learner
Able to multi-task, work independently and deliver high quality of work in a fast paced environment
Office location and work hours
5 day work week, 8.30am to 5.30pm
