The Opportunity:
The Finance & Admin Intern will support the finance and administrative operations of Suu Balm. This role offers a comprehensive learning experience and allowing you to develop practical skills in Finance, Accounting and Administrative tasks. You will work closely with the finance team and sales & marketing team and assist in various financial, administrative and sales & marketing activities to ensure smooth operations.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Finance and General Administration:
- Support finance team - Handle administrative matters related to the SG Corporate Debit Card, including data entry, reconciliation and intercompany billing.
- Manage and organize financial documents, ensuring they are filed correctly and are easily accessible.
- Event Support:
- Support sales & marketing team - Assist with the administrative tasks and tabulation of sales after events.
- Help out as a cashier and provide administrative support during the company event (e.g. LTAH)
- Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Support the finance and sales & marketing team with any additional tasks or projects as needed.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
We are looking for an intern who can start immediately and commit to a minimum of three months for the internship.
