GoodHood.SG is a social enterprise that aims to bring back the kampung spirit. During the early phases of COVID-19, we’ve successfully bridged over 600 neighbours in need with neighbours who care, resulting in 15 media mentions so far, including 8 on Straits Times.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow social media accounts for GoodHood.SG e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Develop, execute campaigns and content calendars to drive traffic, engagement and retention in GoodHood.SG mobile application
- Polish existing content on mobile app and website to improve readability
- Monitor trends within the community and identify potential partnerships with media partners, external social organisations, and/or brands
- Develop and edit marketing collaterals such as posters and banner ads
- Identify users’ needs, work closely with the tech team in suggesting product-related changes to improve user experience and increase engagement in mobile app
- Manage community-building initiatives to encourage and cultivate participation within the GoodHood community
We are seeking for ideal candidates who are interested in/have prior experience in:
- Community building, engagement and social volunteer work
- Managing social media channels
- Digital marketing tools (e.g. knowledge and application of SEO, SEM, SSO)
- Basic knowledge of design elements and applications and proficient writing skills
- Google applications (drive, docs, sheets, slides, workspace), Wix, Figma, Canva, Adobe softwares is a plus
You should also be:
- Someone with good interpersonal skills and a desire to serve people
- Flexible and willing to try new things
- Responsible and resourceful
- Comfortable with working remotely
- Singapore Citizen/PR
Internship period:
- Minimum 5 months long
- Part-time/full-time
- Immediate start/January 2021 to May 2021
