Job Description

Job Summary:

GooseOTT.com is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to assist the Business Development Manager in driving sales operations, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. This role is crucial in supporting the sales team to achieve business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Coordination: Assist the BD Manager in handling sales inquiries, preparing proposals, and managing contracts.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their queries and ensuring timely responses.
  • Lead Management: Support in tracking and updating leads in CRM systems, following up on prospects, and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation required for sales meetings and client interactions.
  • Order Processing: Assist in processing sales orders, coordinating with internal teams for service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Event & Meeting Support: Arrange and coordinate meetings, client visits, and participation in industry events or trade shows.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to streamline sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, sales coordination, or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in the media, entertainment, or tech industry is a plus.
