GorillaSpace – Customer Experience Intern

We are looking for a customer success intern/ part-timer who will help spearhead our customer satisfaction drive, streamline our workflows, and support all the customer journeys in our pipeline.

This job is right for you if:

• you love communicating with prospective customers and partners to identify opportunities for collaboration
• you’re a great listener who can put themselves in others’ shoes and come up with solutions to their problems
• you care about results and not input or time spent
• you enjoy streamlining workflows and operations to make them as efficient as possible
• you’re psyched to collaborate with the founding team that loves to build as much as you love to sell and delight customers

We’re looking for a teammate with:

• good oral and written communication skills
• able to work closely with colleagues
• strong organisational skills
• Experience with sales or customer relationship management (preferred)
• Working proficiency in a second Southeast Asian language (preferred)

You will be working on challenging problems in a results-focused work environment for a soon-to-be global product and an emerging brand.
