We are looking for a Product Analyst to join GotSurge either as a 'Full-time Intern' (fresh) or 'Permanent Part-time' (experienced) team member. This is a 90% work-from-home role.

Scope:

• Conduct market & competitor analyses to help make product-design decisions
• Conduct tests and experiments (e.g. interviews, A/B tests) and measure key metrics to integrate both quantitative analyses & qualitative data into product-design decisions
• Support the Product team in defining and prioritizing the scope of product feature development, and balance technical development against time-to-launch
• Support the description of User-stories, digital marketing initiatives, and other Product-related activities
• Work closely with Design, CX and Tech to communicate product-design decisions
