Job Description

The Marketing Intern will assist the GovInsider team with the following tasks:

  • Creating, scheduling and broadcasting content for social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Managing enquiries and engaging with the online community on GovInsider Live platforms
  • Creating web banners and other graphics for digital use
  • Assist with setting up weekly email campaigns in Pardot
  • Assist with copywriting tasks for event campaigns
  • Assist with updating event website
  • Assist with data entry and data compilation for event attendees
  • Assist with general email enquiries

Requirements:

  • Immediate starter preferred; 3 months (duration negotiable)
  • Experience preferred but not required
  • Should be able to write fairly well 
  • Believes in being efficient, and having good initiative
  • Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Tech-savvy (we use Buffer for social media scheduling) and familiar with instant messaging platforms
  • Proficient in Canva, and/or other design software (e.g. Photoshop)
  • Priority will be given if you are bilingual (Fluent in English & Chinese/Vietnamese/Thai/Bahasa Indonesian)
