In 2019, GPHL rebranded 13 of its hotels to the ibis budget brand after inking a franchise partnership with Accor. GPHL currently operates 23 hotels in Singapore; 13 ibis budget hotels, 2 Parc Sovereign hotels and 8 Fragrance hotels. The 2 Parc Sovereign hotels will be rebranded to Mercure and ibis Styles in future.
JOB PURPOSE
Address technical issues relating to software implementation, function and upgrades. Resolving customer complaints or problems, create reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse & troubleshoot applications issues
- Provide applications support to end users
- Conduct user trainings on applications
- Data analysis and creation of reports
- Develop web and mobile applications
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Computing or Information Systems
- Hands-on experience in web and mobile applications development
- Development experience using VB, ASP/ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, T-SQL and MS SQL
- Knowledge in SOAP API
- High attention to detail
- Good analytical and communication skills
