Get to know the Role:
This role is to assist in the design and development of IT governance processes and procedures, which are conformed to the mission of Customer Experience.
The day-to-day activities:
- Contribute in the creation of IT project governance strategy and framework planning
- Design and develop IT project management processes (process Flow charts) and procedures documentation incorporating information security and quality assurance.
The must haves:
- Undergraduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent Project Management and operations management skills
- Organised, analytical and displays a keen understanding of the business objectives
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-starter and team player
