You’ll be responsible to assist your supervisor in growing and targeting key markets to drive our business forward.
Project management. Supporting the deal process from relationship building and due diligence, all the way through post-contract signing integration for the 7 different countries.
Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities. Working closely with the Regional and country BD teams, conduct competitive analysis – analysing the company’s strengths and weaknesses and what we can provide better. Perform a range of other quantitative and qualitative analysis for further evaluation.
Presentation. Good eye for creating visual aids and infographics for BD pitches.
“Other Stuff”. Be prepared to be flexible and take on additional responsibilities as required. Your responsibilities may shift as the organisation grows.

Time Management. Understanding the various needs or tasks and prioritising them accordingly.
Daily project management. Handling the deal from contracting to post-integration.
Meetings / calls relevant to projects handled. Supporting the relationships with partners, cross-regional teams and making sure that everything has been followed up.
Organising team documents. Ensuring that signed contracts and NDAs are kept organised in team folders so that the relevant files can be retrieved when required. Emails should be checked to ensure daily follow-up.
Travel. Occasional biz trips within SEA.
Shortlisting Criteria:
-Strong Excel / PowerPoint / Word skills. You will create presentations, calculate business cases, and provide proposals to prospective partners
-Analytical – able to generate, analyse and derive insights from data.
