Company Profile
Gradiant Corporation is focused on global industrial water treatment solutions. The company is looking to add an intern to the Business Excellence team at its Singapore office to support in the preparation of Master database. This position will report to the Director, Operational Excellence and support in creating the project summary database encompassing all projects from 2020 across all countries. The creation of this comprehensive project summary database requires meticulous data collection, organization, and analysis.
The goal for the project is to complete the exercise by end of his/her internship period.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather relevant data from various sources related to Project performance data and update the Project Master database.
- Analyze the data to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Assist in documenting current processes, including flowcharts, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Provide support in coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and tracking project milestones.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the department's documentation repository, ensuring easy access to process-related information.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance & Data Analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Database) and report generation
- Reliable, well-organized and detail oriented
- Able to prepare flowcharts for given process
