Job Title: Training and Development Executive Job Summary: The Training and Development Executive will be responsible for facilitating and delivering quality lessons to the company’s clients, develop curriculum in accordance with the company’s needs and the preparation of proposals and lesson plans for clients. Key Responsibilities
- Train Company’s clients with Company’s prepared materials and content
- Develop curriculum in accordance with the company’s framework and subject focus such as worksheets, slides, lesson plans, proposals etc.
- Train other teachers within the Company on the subject matter at hand and ensure teachers can deliver the material effectively to company’s clients accordingly
- Travel around Singapore to deliver training in client’s location
- When there are no classes being taught, to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, proposals and worksheets in accordance with the requirements.
- Liaise with Company’s customers on project details and updates.
- Look out and research for new platforms and tools that fit into the Company’s framework for development and inclusion into the Company’s curriculum database
- Any other duties required by the company
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum ‘A’ Levels or Diploma Holder
- Punctual and Great Communication Skills
- Great command of English (Spoken and Written)
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Resourceful
- Willing to travel around Singapore to deliver training
- Willing to work at least one weekend
- Familiarity with block-based coding and or coding programmes
- Organised with clear logic flow
- Experience in teaching in MOE Schools is a bonus
- Experience with MOE Enrichment companies is a bonus
- Experience in Computer Science or other ICT related skill is a bonus

- Reports directly to the Operations Manager and Curriculum Development Manager

Salary Range: $2300 - $3000Company Background: Graphite Education Pte Ltd provides coding and robotics enrichment classes to educational institutions and private clients alike. Since 2016 we have taught both primary, secondary tertiary students as well as adults on coding and robotics.
