Job Description

Location: Raffles Place/Chinatown

Working arrangements: 4 hours per day, 5 working days

Min commitment period: 4 months

Salary: $12/hour

I am looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for Financial Service Manager.

 

Task Description:

- Assist Financial Service Manager with administrative tasks

- Utilize Canva and Microsoft Excel for creating reports and presentations

- Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels

- Provide entry-level support for various office duties

Portfolio Handling:

- Client support for existing clients

- Updating clients on premiums or notices from company

- Investment Updates (Training Provided)

 

Recruitment:

- Incentives provided for recruitment sourcing.

- Arranging interviews.

 

Skills and Experience Required:

- Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Excel

- Entry-level experience.

- No prior working experience required.

- Willing to learn finance and management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Have strong organisational skills
