Job Description

As a Marketing Communications Intern, your primary roles will include:

  • Researching and creating content for social media

  • Managing company's social media profiles and presence; 

  • Conceptualising and designing marketing collaterals;

  • Brainstorming, creating and executing digital marketing and content creation

  • Assisting in existing marketing campaigns, email campaigns, promotions;

  • Monitor performance of engagement campaigns and programs

  • Coordinating competitive and market research

 

You will also be required to:

  • Help out in the implementation and execution of ongoing events, including but not limited to cleanups, workshops, learning journeys and events, with varying roles such as taking charge of logistics, equipment or timelines; and

 

In addition, as an intern of a green startup, you will be exposed to a wide range of tasks including: 

  • Facilitating cleanups, workshops, trails and other activities for clients (i.e. corporates, schools, and other community stakeholders);

  • Preparing for and attending meetings with stakeholders in the public, private and people sectors;

  • Developing expertise in sustainability practices and behavioural science; and

  • Supporting any other related and ad-hoc projects/events.

 

Minimum Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is not only passionate about the environment, but:

  • is detail-oriented;

  • has a keen interest in design, branding and marketing;

  • has excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • is comfortable with researching broad topics and good at presenting information;

  • is able to work independently and in a team;

  • is adept at collecting data and analysing to spot trends and patterns

  • takes pride in their work with a can-do spirit;

  • has experience and is proficient with Canva;

  • is curious and unafraid to ask questions;

  • doesn’t mind working in both indoors and outdoors;

  • is comfortable with working on certain weekends to assist in events;

  • is able to commit for at least 3 months
