Business Development Executive AND potential commercial co-founder

• Create trusted CXO relationships and a deep understanding of needs/opportunities with these strategic start-ups.
• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
• Build strategy and day-to-day company operation.
• Help founder with market research and competitive analysis. Understand the market help with financial modelling and product pricing.
• Maintain accounting and finance for the company.
• Work with the founders to maintain a good relationship with investors and brainstorm different fundraising strategies.

Requirement:

• 1 – 5+ years' experience as a CXO or member of the senior management team in a start-up, or equivalent experience in an enterprise or venture capital role.
• General management experience across strategy, product, sales/marketing, operations and finance. ·
• Knowledge of chemical, consumer goods, food, or relevant industry.
• Sustainability is the core of our business. The candidate should be knowledgeable or willing to learn sustainable practices.
• Proven ability to build trust and bond at the CXO level of the most promising start-ups in the world.
• Demonstrated ability to execute as an individual contributor in the face of ambiguity and limited resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
