Key Responsibilities (HR Intern):
HR Operations and Projects
- Support Senior HR Manager in execution of HR projects
- Staff life cycle management, including on-boarding procedures, training administration, and personnel administration
- Update HR reports and support HR analysis
- Manage APAC General Employment Practices
- Coordinate with all country representatives to compile various employment practices and company benefits
Purpose: the compiled APAC list allows easy reference for market survey and aligning benefits in the region
- Enhance Talent Pool
- Source for the right agencies and recruitment tools
- Create a talent database for all employee categories
- Improve recruitment process and efficiencies
- Support Welfare & Engagement
- Assist welfare committee to organize various welfare & other engagement events
- Garner support for company wide bonding events
