- Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence, reporting requirements and documentation, including personal details of all new staff members and updating and accurately maintaining data of all existing employees.
- Co-ordinate recruitment activities and on-boarding process for new joiners.
- Assist with the consolidation of monthly payroll reports for month end reconciliation purpose.
- Support on all HR admin matter (i.e. work pass application, letter preparation, maintain training & leave record for all employees)
- Coordinate leavers’ off-boarding process.
- Participate in HR Projects
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
