Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for collating, reviewing and reconciliation of HR reports/ data in keeping with timelines, standards, and procedures
• Assist with the consolidation of monthly payroll reports for month-end reconciliation
• Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence, reporting requirements and documentation
• Maintain and keep track of the new and existing employees’ personal files
• Support the team in new joiners’ onboarding and leavers’ offboarding process
• Assist in HR admin matters (i.e. work pass application, letter preparation, maintain training & leave record for all employees)
• Support in the organisation of company events/ engagement activities
• Participate in any HR projects directed by the HR lead
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Required skills:
• Diploma/ Undergraduate who majors in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
• Past HR internship experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge in Office apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Forms)
• Must be adept at problem-solving; able to work well independently and in a team
• High discretion and worthiness to handle confidential information
• Someone who is meticulous and have good organisational skills
• Must be able to start immediately and commit at least 6 months
