We are now looking for a Marketing Intern to support the regional marketing and corporate communications team in the following key areas:

• Handling new business, existing client and other information requests from various Grey Group offices in the Asia Pacific region and from other regions, including

o Searching and collating internal information such as creative work, case studies, network and local market credentials and strategic presentations

o Sourcing external knowledge such as latest trends and case studies through research tools and web

• Populating the regional Intranet with creative work, case studies, network and strategic planning resources from internal and external sources

• Managing the execution and logistics of various internal and external regional marketing and business development projects and initiatives such as:

o Newsletters and direct mailers

o Microsite/grey.com site

o YouTube channel

• Providing administrative support and assistance with logistics arrangement for regional meetings

Requirements

• Detailed, systematic and organized

• Fast learner, able to multi-task and adapt quickly to different situations

• Able to work independently as well as collaborate with regional team members
