Marketing Intern - Asia Pacific
Purpose of the Role
The role of the Marketing Intern - Asia Pacific is to support the development and execution of 3 key projects:
Trade Marketing Toolkit Asia Pacific
• Develop and design marketing and commercial tools across Asia Pacific
• Work closely with chefs and marketeers in Asia Pacific to build the regional recipe library database
Portfolio Analysis
• Manage & improve current Power BI segmentation & processes.
• Run quarterly portfolio performance and financial analysis for South-East Asia
• Prepare and present analysis and recommendations
Market Insights Analysis Asia Pacific
• Support Regional Marketing Director - Asia Pacific with identifying local market trends, turning insights into actionable recommendations

This 6-month full-time (5-day work week) internship will be based in our Singapore office.
Responsibilities
• Work with local, regional & global colleagues to execute projects
• Develop and update Griffith Foods and Custom Culinary marketing & commercial tools (toolkits/templates for the markets, product sales tools…)
• Prepare and present portfolio and market analysis with sound financial acumen
• Identify and implement solutions to help improve process and efficiency for marketing and commercial reporting (including database management)
• Work with agencies & translators to facilitate local language translations of communication materials.
• Any other related duties / tasks that may be assigned as per business need
Qualifications
• Full-time matriculated students pursuing a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred. Students from other majors that demonstrate keen interest and understanding in Marketing are welcome to apply.
• The ideal candidate must have strong interest in marketing and curiosity in our business
Skills & Competencies
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin, as the role requires liaising with stakeholders that have command of Mandarin only
• Communicating with sensitivity to cultural values and beliefs
• Data analytical skills (agile with numbers)
• Detail oriented
• Curious and have a positive learning attitude
• Self-initiator and self-motivated
• Team player
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and can easily adapt to new platforms
