Job Description

The primary role for the Marketing Intern is to support in the development and execution of various marketing activities across marketing communications, sales tools and commercializing Innovation. The role will report into VP Marketing APAC.

Accountabilities:

  • Work with Global Team and other Regional colleagues to coordinate and collate marketing assets and set-up a shared Team site
  • Work with the agency to manage the continued development and update of Griffith Foods and Custom Culinary website
  • Develop marketing Toolkits/Templates for the markets – SEA, Greater China & Japan
  • Implement Tools to help improve process and efficiency in the Marketing Function
  • Work with agency & translators to facilitate local language translations of communication materials
  • Any other related duties / tasks that may be assigned as per business need.

  • Reasonably versed in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook and can easily adapt to new platforms
  • Basic knowledge / use of creative tools (such as Adobe Photoshop) would be a plus.

Notes:

  • Applicants can work remotely, as part of our workplace flexibility at Griffith.
  • 4 full days a week.
  • Allowance of SGD$1,500 a month.
