Job Description

To assist the Regional Assistant Marcom Manager to carry out branding activities encompassing corporate and product activities in the region.

Project Flyers and Brochures - Assist the development of content and design.

Project Powerpoints – Assist in the development of Project powerpoint kits

Online Newsletters - Assist in coordinating & creating content for both monthly online e-newsletters and printed newsletters.

Online database – To increase database (web research and data entry) for SEAPAC. Consolidate, Track & Obtain bi-Weekly databases from APAC countries.

Designer Toolkits – re-adapt hi-res images into medium resolution files

PR & Events marketing – Create Buzz! & Track and monitor PR activities for Project Marketing.

Project Marketing calendar – Track and monitor project marketing calendar of activities from all APAC countries.

Assist in consolidating, organising and analysing online traffic reports, marcom asset distribution and PR values for improvement and to help in developing the target reports.

Project Sales Cards – Create premium and luxurious designed sales cards based on new product configurations.

B2B – assist in developing Project Sales tool kits, Project Specifiers CD, corporate gifts and organising project-related events (e.g networking sessions & off-site events)

Iconic Project Coffee Book – To spearhead Iconic project coffee book database and content, which lists all project details of project references.

Online Activations – to manage the development of online newsletters to key stakeholders, customer database and Google Analytics tools for microsite management.

Market Research – to start Insight Driven activities by conducting surveys.

Ad-hoc projects assigned by Supervisor.

Suitable candidate : Very organised and detailed, keen eye for sorting out detailed information.
