About the Role
As an Operations Intern, you will report to the Senior Commercial Operations Manager and be responsible for managing the accuracy and entry of APAC wide campaign spend data and supporting with the analysis of business data to help us make informed and critical decisions for our client . You will be working closely with the key Practice and Client Leads across all APAC to deliver key reports on our strategies for 2023 and beyond.
Some of the things we’d like you to do:
Supporting Financial Performance
- Work with Client Services, Finance, and Resource Management to develop an analysis for initial scoping
- Work with the APAC Commercial Operations Lead to maintain an accurate view of client demand and resource needs
- Work with Talent Operations to develop resource strategies to optimize financial performance, deliver work on time, and meet client expectations
- Analyzing resource efficiency by reviewing staff utilization and monitoring resource allocations for APAC
Leading the Delivery of Work
- Translate scopes of work into effective project plans that will ensure we meet client expectations on time and on budget
- Ensure project plans are kept up-to-date within our project management tool and shared and understood by the cross-functional team
- Share regular status updates with the Senior Commercial Operations Manager and always escalating challenges where appropriate
- Be a role model and advocate for effective collaboration and communication across the cross-functional team
- Project managing global projects and working with multiple stakeholders. Ensuring the deliverables are met in a timely manner
Driving Operational Effectiveness
- Help support the Business Operations team members on the end-to-end Essence Operational Process and supporting Quality Standards
- Regularly share operational recommendations to improve the way we work, and help implement any necessary improvements within the team
A bit about yourself:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritize a multitude of activities, campaigns, events and meetings!
- You will have meticulous attention to detail, be results driven, bags of initiative and have exceptional relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Computer literate with superior knowledge of Excel and a strong interest in internet technologies and media
