Job Description

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Develop basic analytical skills using strategic framework and tools
  • Manage media campaigns with guidance from peers or supervisor to ensure seamless execution

In six months:

  • Gained knowledge of integrated media planning and buying
  • Proficient and confident in daily planning activities
  • Develop the lens to evaluate various media opportunities
  • Contribute to internal and external meetings

In 12 months:

  • Ability to independently manage campaigns with little supervision
  • Proactively propose media solutions to drive effective results for the business

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Contribute to strategy development. This will include ability to understand and interpret campaign briefs and application of insights to develop marketing and communications solutions.
  • Recommend/develop measurement methodology against all campaign briefs.
  • Drive strong analytic thinking and quality planning.
  • Ensure that campaign concerns and needs are communicated and addressed.
  • Ensure regular reporting is delivered on time and accurately.
  • Quality control and accountability.
  • Build and develop strong internal and external relationships.

 

What you will need:

  • Fundamental experience in media and or marketing
  • Creative thinker who challenges the norm
  • Proactive, collaborative, and possess a “can-do” attitude.
  • Excellent at multi-tasking
  • Interpersonal relationship skills – like to work with people from different markets and
    diverse culture
  • Detail-oriented and well organized
