GroupStar – FT Position – Post Production Coordinator

The Post Production Coordinator provides general support to the Production and Customer Success Managers. His/her key role is to facilitate smooth running of video projects by ensuring that the requirements are well understood and conveyed to the relevant department.
About The Job:

• Schedule, track, and manage assigned work.
• Analyse the information received from the client and assign them to the required artists.
• Understand skill set of editor group and schedule tasks effectively for optimal utilisation of resources.
• Ensure that editors and artists understand the scope of their work.
• Coordinate the flow of information between artists and production team.
• Organise and manage databases, keeping them up-to-date.
• Ensure the packaging of deliverables is completed and uploaded on schedule.

About You:

• You are looking to work in a startup
• 6-12 months of experience working on content with production and artist teams.
• Has basic knowledge of editing and motion graphics softwares like After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Able to communicate clearly, effectively and accurately across all levels in fluent English
• Extremely focused and organised
• Possesses excellent time management skills
• Be able to work on tight deadlines
• Able to show initiatives, resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
