We pride ourselves as a firm which is very close to the SME market, in terms of empathy for their business needs.
Our work revolves around consulting SMEs on the channels they should enter, and setting up those digital processes, campaigns, and assets. It generally extends to marketplaces, websites, microsites, social media, paid ads, data analytics, and SEO/CRM.

Digitalization Consulting Intern (Technical Route) (~20hrs / Week)
General Job Scope
- Conduct research on digitalisation tools and contribute to strategy-level recommendations, based on client’s requirements
- Communicate with the firm’s Consultants and clients to develop business outcomes, action steps, and execute them
- Brainstorm, strategize, and execute landing pages and other digital or online content for clients and the company
- Participate in consulting and strategizing process for clients’ digitalisation efforts
- Fully manage and conduct the building process of clients’ digital platforms, including but not limited to web pages, sub-pages, landing pages, customised portals, and online marketplaces, and report the outcomes to the Consultants.
- Outsource and manage freelancers and their work schedules as required according to the respective projects
- Implement and manage social media and paid advertising campaigns for clients and the firm, and report insights, data, and success metrics of such campaigns
- Participate in industry conferences to get to know more about SMEs’ digitalisation efforts
- Support the scoping and generation of business proposals for prospective clients, and other business development activities
Requirements
Attitudes/Aptitudes:
- A strong future-of-work mindset - independence in work, and an ability to leverage learning opportunities in an unstructured manner without being spoon-fed
- You are growing your career in this direction and are able to show a portfolio of previous marketing/digital work from previous internships or clients
- Highly intelligent (or at least intellectually curious), ability to put information into proper structure; you ideally thrive even in the most uncertain of situations
- Undeniably hardworking, strong resilience, a bias for action, willingness to learn, and desire to build your career as a consultant. You don’t know what difficult means.
- Well-spoken with excellent written and verbal communication skills, free of grammatical/formatting errors, and an ability to cater your tone to different audiences
- You take a crazy amount of pride in your work, almost a perfectionist; you are never satisfied with work that’s 99.99% good - hence you average 50 or so revisions per submission.
Skills:
- (must-have) Experience in technical and/or B2B copywriting, through previous jobs, internships, or a portfolio which you can show us
- (must-have) Experience, exposure, and knowledge of the digital space, latest trends, and an ability to articulate it as a consultant, and put it to work by generating products for clients
- (important) Experience in managing and deploying WordPress websites and its plugins, and knowledge of hosting, HTML, CSS, and WP themes
- (important) Hands-on experience (getting your hands dirty) in project management, product building, and digital-related industries, etc.
- (good-to-have) Other digital marketing skills such as paid advertising, branding, graphic design, SEO, copywriting, video production or technical skills
