Responsibilities:
- Scanning and Archiving of Batch Records
- Management of GMP checklists/ reports from the QA GMP and Batch Release team. These include but not limited to the Post Production Batch Record Review Checklist, Batch Release Checklist, Complaint Investigation Reports.
- Perform QA Gemba
- Checklist/ Logbook Review
- Quality improvement projects such as
- Quality Tag-out Timely Closure, specifically for those Tag Outs that have been conditional released
- Complaint Trending
- Develop Training guide for QA GMP/ Batch Release Intern & Improvement to induction programme for QA GMP Executive
Prerequisites/Requirements:
- Strong in MS Excel / MS Word
- Familiar with Power BI
- Meticulous
- Effective communication with various stakeholders
- Proactive in his/her learning
Skills developed through this internship:
- Gain knowledge on Power BI
- Gain understanding of vaccine manufacturing
- Gain understanding on the quality systems and skill set to perform quality review
- Awareness of health and safety
