Job Description

Intern - Quality Assurance (Ref: 358352)


What will you do?

  • Improvement on Control of Non-Routine Manufacturing or Engineering Activity in a Pharmaceutical Industry Setting
  • This project aims to improve the quality assurance of the manufacturing and engineering maintenance processes performed by the production and engineering teams respectively. 
  • This project provides the opportunity for the intern to gain insight into the quality assurance process in a pharmaceutical industry setting, which is the crux of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry quality assurance philosophy.
  • There is also added exposure of interacting with other business functions such as production, engineering, Technical Development, and an appreciation of the equipment maintenance and troubleshooting steps carried out in the manufacturing process.


What are we looking for?

  • Educational background – Undergraduate studying Bachelor in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering who is interested in learning more about a manufacturing environment and vaccines
  • Strong written and oral communications skills 
  • Excellent English proficiency 
  • A keen interest in production
  • Meticulous, organized, and dedicated 
  • Apply his/her knowledge of engineering and learn soft skills in engaging different stake holders to deliver a project.
  • Collate results, propose improved ways of working and present to stakeholders. 
  • Understanding of the cGMP concepts and considerations. Gives the candidate a hands-on experience in the capacity of a Quality Officer.
