Job Title: Business Development Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing IT solution Company.
As a BD Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and onboarding new clients, as well as developing sales and marketing strategies to increase our presence in Singapore.
Key Responsiblities:
Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Follow up on sales leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and provide feedback for product/service improvement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on closing deals.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Adapt a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
