Job Description

You will mainly be promoting our web and print products through a variety of marketing channels. Your tasks will include:

  • Promoting our products and services over web, social media, and at recruitment events
  • Managing distribution and circulation of our printed publications
  • Leading or assisting with online database/registration drives
  • Helping out with Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) work
  • Writing copy and/or designing visuals for marketing collateral, including Electronic Direct Mailers (eDMs), printed ads, online ads, social media marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Assisting with negotiating partnerships with potential sponsors and partners
  • Surveying students and graduates for a world-class market research initiative
  • Assisting with set-up and tear-down at events
  • Providing support for other ad-hoc administrative and marketing duties

Qualifications

You must:

  • Be creative, driven, and genuinely passionate about helping students and graduates
  • Have at least a basic understanding of the principles of offline and digital marketing practices
  • Be accurate and have excellent attention to detail
  • Be organised and persistent
  • Be able to keep calm under pressure
  • Be self-aware – so you know when to ask for help
  • Be a good team member
  • Be able to think on your feet and take the initiative
  • Have a strong command of written and spoken English, in formal and informal, chatty styles
  • Be able to interpret and analyse data – including statistics and business reports
  • Have professional telephone and e-mail conduct
