Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing
  • Assist in accounts receivables and payables functions
  • Follow up payment from customers and process receipts in the system
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations
  • Billing and monitor invoices to the customer
  • Preparation of balance sheet schedules
  • Process directors and staff claims
  • Posting of invoices and payment arrangements to suppliers
  • Other Ad-hoc Accounts/ Admin duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum higher NITEC or Diploma in Finance or Accounting
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Resourceful, organized, meticulous individual with strong analytical skills, able to multi-task and work under tight timelines and pressure

  • Office located at Jurong (Toh Guan)
  • Monday to Friday 8 am – 5pm
