【Job Description】

• Serve our customers according to the company's customer service standards
• Able to perform cashiering duties efficiently with minimal supervision
• Execute in-store promotional activities effectively, according to guidelines
• Ensure proper inventory control in store
• Maintain Housekeeping, WSH, and Merchandising standards in store
• Perform Opening and Closing duties with minimal supervision
• Conduct merchandising training for new and existing team members
• Support the Store Managers to achieve sales and profitability in store

• Respond to customer complaints and comments within 24hrs
• Ensuring a safe and clean store environment for team members and customers

【Job Description】

• Supervise and motivate staff to achieve targets.
• Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met
• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development
• Ensure manpower needs of the stores and developmental needs of staff are met so that stores can operate efficiently.
