OPPORTUNITY:
GuavaPass is looking for an awesome Studio Happiness Executive
If this is you, you are upbeat and confident, with excellent communication and people skills. You're also going to have to be pretty tech savvy with our customised studio back end system.
In addition, you are fun to work with and have a strong passion for the GuavaPass mission. After a full day giving our studio owners love, you're 100% ready to sweat it out at a Bootcamp or Bikram Yoga class to scope out a new studio in the neighborhood.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners
Liaise with our studio partners on a weekly basis to ensure we have the correct class listings on our platform
Work closely with other team members, especially the Customer Happiness team, to address issues, implement customer feedback, and grow the GuavaPass community
REQUIREMENTS:
Positive can-do, self-starter, crush-it mindset and attitude
Confidence as a communicator, presenter, and writer
Top notch interpersonal and social skills
Highly honed organisational skills and detail-oriented mindset
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as a member of an international and regional team
A love for fitness, health, wellness, and oven-roasted kale chips. Last one is optional, but we don't just talk the talk. We are all super passionate about the GuavaPass mission and live it every day!
