The People Partner (SA&P) will support the Regional People Manager (SA&P) and Chief People Officer (SA&P) on all operational HR activities in the region and Vietnam, regional HR reporting and the rollout of all global and regional initiatives.
Regional HR Operations
• Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added services to the various departments and across countries in the region, by aligning business objectives
• Partnering the line managers in the sourcing and shortlist of candidates through various recruitment channels
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues and provide relevant HR advice
• Partner with line managers and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention
• Active liaison with the local HR teams for consolidation of local input / information
• Liaison with various departments on resolution of system-related issues (Xactly, EQMS, Workday etc)
• Support in annual performance appraisal and salary review & bonus exercise
• Work closely with the HR Share Services team on the execution of monthly payroll and all other HR transactional services provided
• Rollout / Review of HR Policies and Initiatives
• Administer employee on-boarding induction / exit activities
• Administer insurances, claims, staff welfare and activities
• Preparation of HR/Corporate reports (Monthly HC/FTE Reports, Org Chart, Turnover etc)
• Point of contact for employees’ enquiries and requests
• Any ad-hoc and administrative duties relating to Regional Human Resources.
Regional Reporting
• Monthly consolidation of regional headcount / FTE reports, organization chart and turnover reports.
• Any adhoc reporting required to support the Business in analysis / business proposals and WW business reviews.
Local HR Operations
• All HR activities relating to Vietnam
• Point of contact for employees’ enquiries and requests
Key Requirements
• A degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• Min 4 years’ experience in an HR business partnering or operations role
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines
• Strong people, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on individual contributor with strong HR fundamentals and high level of initiative
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a regional scope and / or retail industry is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint
• Experience in HR systems such as Workday will be a plus.
