Guess? Singapore Pte Ltd – Senior/ Sales Associate (Part-Time)

We are currently expanding and looking for senior/ sales associate is responsible for sales generation, delivering a positive customer experience and responsible for a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team i.e. housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards etc.

Someof the main job scope include:

1. Customer Experience

• Greet customers immediately upon entering and exiting the store
• Create a positive first impression for the customer by showing an energetic attitude and by adhering to the dress code
• Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards
• Provide customers with current and relevant products information
• Provide quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers in a timely manner, maintains cash wrap cleanliness
• Attempt to add on to the sale and build the look
• Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offers Gift Cards and captures customers information in the database

2. Cooperation & Dependability

• Satisfactory completion all duties as assigned by management
• Being punctual and adhere to designated work schedule
• Being flexible and work well with peers & management to accomplish duties
• Follow through the company’s Policies and Procedures• Perform housekeeping duties as required

3. Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related activities including daily stocks maintenance, product transfers, folding and floor change over etc.
• Represent a positive attitude towards the merchandise and the company
• Participate in all inventories and set up/pack up EOS
• Assume and complete other duties as assigned by store management
• Some heavy lifting in excess of 30 pounds
• Scheduled shift require standing for a minimum of eight hours

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in fashion/ apparel retail, preferably from known international brands
• Proactive, adaptable, service-oriented
• Passion for fashion & luxury goods sector, willing to learn and go beyond extra mile
• Good command of English - written & spoken, additional language skill is an advantage
• Some scheduled shifts may require standing for a min. of 8 hours - can be on weekend (rotation basis)
