Event and Project Coordination
Coordinate and liaise with relevant working parties – clients, suppliers, vendors, volunteers, management, etc. – in Company projects and events as instructed.
Handle relevant administrative support pertaining to Company projects and events.
Provide on-site support for Company projects and events as necessary.
Communications
Manage the production of communications material, such as posters and leaflets as instructed.
Monitor general enquiries and requests submitted via email and Facebook to the Company.
Update and maintain the Company’s Facebook page and website.
General Administration
Support the office with general administrative duties, including filing, copying, banking errands etc.
Collate, compile and update database records as required.
The intern MUST have GOOD written and spoken English. Fluency in Mother Tongue in an added advantage.
