Job Description
- Assist the HOD in designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base
- Assists the Sales Team to identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Assist in identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
- Assist team members to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Assist sales team in identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options
- Assist in maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements
- Assist in maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards
