GC Live is the live commerce unit of Gushcloud International which operates premium live commerce shows selling global brands into Southeast Asia.
You will be working on marketing for our ongoing IP projects and events management and execution for our main turnkey event in September.
Key Accountabilities
- Update and manage social media accounts of our IPs
- Brainstorm and support content development for social media content
- Assist with meeting marketing KPIs of our IPs via outreach
- Participate in weekly meetings and calls pertaining to the projects
- Participate in event producing and conceptualization brainstorms and provide administrative and operational support
- Assist in all pre-events preparation (paperwork, site recce, vendor liaison, venue liaison, running of errands, etc) and post-event archiving (photo and video archival, handovers, etc)
- Be on site during event execution, aiding in logistics and operational matters
Minimum Qualifications
- Current enrolled in a diploma or undergraduate course for marketing and/or events management
- Deep understanding of social media platforms
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and marcom plans
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft
- Able to commit to a 3 days work from office policy and 2 days working from home. 5 days work from office nearer to event period
- Prior involvement with planning and execution of school-related events (i.e. student camps, graduation, etc)
- Basic understanding of know-how of events industry in Singapore
